The San Francisco Association of Differently - Abled Persons Multi-Purpose Cooperative  ( SAFRA - ADAP MPC ) is classified as workers coop which is purely governed and manage by the person with disability PWD's of Agusan del Sur. Operationally, this group is duly accredited by and accerediting institution and assisted bt the local governmen.

Establishing SAFRA - ADAP organization it is a alternative strategy to address the growing unemployment issues of PWD's especially in the local areas. To strengthen this group and empower the PWD's, enterpreneurship, skill, training and values formation are being conducted.

Since disablity is a social issue, we ensure the equal employment oppotunities for all members and maintain close working relations with business partners, government agencies and other NGO's. The body firmly believes that SAFRA-ADAP are capable to assume responsibility considering that management skills, raw materials and equipment are available.
